“On behalf of Blodgett, Pitco and Magikitch’n Companies, I thank you for organizing and presenting at the culinary leadership symposium held in Houston Texas. Your personal commitment to excellence was demonstrated to my customers and guest, we were so proud to be a sponsor. Our culinary customers were blown away, all they could say was 'WOW!' One Chef said 'I learned more in one day than some chefs will learn in one year'! Your remarks were meaningful and inspirational, and your dynamic manner of presentation resulted in getting your points across to the audience. You really did it all; you entertained, enthused, enlightened, educated and inspired everybody there. On a scale of 1-10, you rang the bell at 10; I believe the standing ovation you received really says it all.”
