Competition from Chef Carroll who has received over 70 national and international awards.
Currently on his seven affiliations with ACF Culinary Team USA, Chef Carroll serves as Coach to
the National Team. Chef Carroll will have a power point presentation of several past International
competitions as he will critique past work while giving you guidelines to compete successfully.
