  Leadership...Biblically Speaking
by David Cottrell

David Cottrell's Leadership ... Biblically Speaking is unique in the way it connects practical applications with scriptural guidance on how to address today's business and personal issues.

Even strong, courageous Christians are constantly faced with difficult decisions. whether you are hiring new staff, firing a long-time employee or making other tough decisions ... in business or personal relationships ... there is a biblical framework that will help you make better decisions and grow in your own understanding of God's work.

Regardless of our title or the professions we have chosen, we are all leaders and the Bible provides explicit direction on how we should lead. The  book is divided into three sections of four principles. The Values Principles are Integrity, Responsibility, Commitment and Vision. The Synergy Principles include Communication, Conflict Resolution, Optimism and Positive Change Management. The Investment Principles are Empowerment, Courage, Example and Preparation. Each chapter provides scriptural text, examples, and explanation of the principle followed by the practical application of how to incorporate the biblical teaching with today's leadership challenges.

The great news is that even in the worst situations your attitude is something you can always control!

This book translates the incomprehensible into the actionable.  It cuts through the clutter to deliver inspiration and application so you can orchestrate your attitude….. and your success.
